- Can I purchase items right away?
You can, however, keep in mind that not all items are stored with us; some items come from third-party stores and require manual stock updates such as shoes, clothing etc... We suggest confirming availability via live chat before purchasing.
- What if I purchase an item that is out of stock
In situations like this we will either source the product for you or issue you a full refund on the purchased item. You have the option to receive your refund to your Omniverce wallet account or through the original payment method.
