You receive your member benefits immediately after signing up
- Can I purchase items right away?
You can, however we strongly suggest confirming availability of Direct products before making your purchase.
- What if I purchase an item that is out of stock
If you purchase an out of stock item you will be refunded your payment. However our payment processors retain 4% of the full amount. Again, we strongly suggest confirming that the items are in stock before purchasing.
- How long does shipping usually take?
We ship to Barbados on a weekly basis. You will usually receive your order within 1-2 weeks. There are exceptions to this which would be out of our control such as port delays, customs processing etc... However on our part we are dedicated to delivering your product in the shortest time possible.
- When do I receive my order?
Our delivery team operates from monday to friday and delivers within 24 hours of arrival
- Is free delivery only for Direct products?
Free delivery applies to all products listed on Omniverce with an active Direct membership. Stores that manage their deliveries independently may be excluded.
- When am I billed for my Direct membership?
You'll be billed for the plan you selected during sign-up. Following that, your credit card will be charged the membership fee on a recurring basis according to the term of your chosen plan. To avoid being charged for a new term, please ensure you cancel before the current term ends.
- What if I want to cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription from your account dashboard.
