Refund / Exchange Policy
Eye-wear - exchanges are only allowed within 7 days of receiving the item, under the following circumstances.
1. The optometrist did not accept the frames
2. There was a manufacturers default with the item.
If any of the above occurs, please contact us immediately so we can best try to resolve the issue. Returns / exchanges are done at our location only.
We DO NOT accept returns/exchanges, should the item/s have been tampered with or altered in any way.
Swimwear - NO exchanges/returns allowed.
