Refund Policy
Refunds will be granted to the customer, after conversing with management, either in the form of cash or of another food item of the same or lesser value than the item being discarded, depending on the customers wishes.
Refunds will be given where:
▪︎ The food items provided are not up to the freshest standard.
▪︎ The incorrect order has been provided to the customer.
Sushime by Salome will not be held responsible for the incorrect order being placed on the part of the customer.
Sushime by Salome will not be held responsible for the mismanagement of any food items delivered that are in direct conflict with the instructions provided by the company. (I.e If for any reason the food items have been left out in the open without being refrigerated and have perished as a result.)
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Please give 1 hour notice minimum for any orders that are to be cancelled.
If enough notice is not provided, any funds paid towards the order will remain with the company as compensation for the loss.
All sales are complete and final. There will be no returns or exchanges of any food items.
