Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Policy

1. Order Cancellations

   • Customers may cancel their orders within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order will be processed, and cancellations may not be possible. Please ensure you contact us promptly if you need to cancel an order within the allowed timeframe.

2. Returns and Exchanges

   • Returns and exchanges are permitted within 7 days of the purchase date, but only on eligible products. For hygienic reasons, certain items such as personal care products, undergarments, and other hygiene-related goods may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
   • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original packaging, untampered, and in the same condition as when you received it. All associated parts, documents, and any accessories must be included. Any items that have been used, damaged, or missing components will not qualify for a return or exchange.

3. Non-Returnable Items

   • Due to the nature of certain products, some items cannot be returned or exchanged. These include, but are not limited to, personal hygiene items, opened consumables, and customized or personalized products. For clarity, customers are encouraged to inquire about the return eligibility of specific products before making a purchase.
