What is the cost to join?

Setting up your store on Omniverce is free. We charge a 10% commission on every successful transaction made on the platform. This includes card processing fees as well.

Bank Transfer fees

Our US bank charges a 1% fee on your store earnings to remit the funds to your local bank account. *N.B (Vendors typically receive their earnings the same day they are disbursed by the Omniverce team, however, in some instances it may take 1-3 full business days to receive funds depending on the clients financial institution.)

Monthly Fees

There are no monthly fees to Join or remain on the Omniverce platform. However, we will be introducing some subscription packages that persons can choose to take advantage of which offer lower commissions and extra perks.

Exit Penalties

There are no fees or penalties attached to leaving the platform, simply give us a call or email and we would help you with disabling and deleting your store.

Delivery Time Frames

This depends on the actual time the order was placed. In general, all orders will be delivered within 24 hours.

Delivery Process

After customers make a purchase, we will email a receipt directly to the email address provided. The order will then be processed and delivered to the specified location within the aforementioned time frame.

Cold & Frozen Products

Cold/Frozen products will be stored in thermal bags as well as coolers during delivery and will be given priority to make sure that appropriate temperatures and quality of products are maintained.

Platform & Store Security

The Omniverce platform includes an endpoint firewall and malware scanner that were built from the ground up to protect our website. Our Threat Defense Feed arms Omniverce with the newest firewall rules, malware signatures and malicious IP addresses it needs to keep our website safe. Rounded out by a suite of additional features, Omniverce uses the most comprehensive security system available.

Payment Gateway

Omniverce works with ‘Stripe’, our payment processor to make credit card and debit card payments possible for Omniverce customers.

Payment Security

Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
