Original graphic designs are in slots of 20 to be purchased. Originals are in two categories, EXCLUSIVE & NON-EXCLUSIVE.
NOTEXCLUSIVE is for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Once purchased they may be used for whatever the purchaser desires eg. hats, bags, tees, masks etc for ONLY their use. The digital version of these designs purchased will be electronically delivered within 24 hours of purchase confirmation.
EXCLUSIVE is sold at a different price and are for PERSONAL & COMMERCIAL USE.
Limited Edition graphic designs are in slots of 10 to be purchased. These may be purchased at the variable price for Exclusivity.
Super Limited Edition graphic designs are in slots of 5 to be purchased. These may be purchased at the variable price for Exclusivity.
There are commissioned custom graphic designs which are EXCLUSIVE. They are sold to ONE individual for their purposes and are unique to them and will not be duplicated. These are for COMMERCIAL AND PERSONAL USE. With permission from the purchaser these designs will be displayed simply as creative works examples. The digital graphic designs purchased in the commissioned category have a minimum electronic delivery time of five (5) working days depending on complexity. If NOT requested as an EXCLUSIVE, and the purchase made reflects that category, the graphic will then be presented in store as a NON-EXCLUSIVE graphic available for another to purchase for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
ALL commissioned custom graphics carry a deposit of 50% non-negotiable.
All graphic packages are available in PDF, PNG & SVG formats.
All graphics are set on a transparent background.
Commissioned custom graphics are offered a total of two (2) edits FREE. Additional edits are $10BBD per edit.
Custom graphics will initially be watermarked until such time as it is ready for delivery. At that point, and no sooner, the watermark will be removed and the graphic electronically delivered.
Ownership of the custom works remain the property of Vix until confirmation of purchase.
Refund Policy
Commission of custom Logos carry a retainer fee of $50 BBD. Upon completion the $50 BBD will be absorbed into the total cost of the logo design. (Eg Logo fee $200. Retainer $50. Completion of logo $200 - $50 = $150)
The retainer fee of $50 BBD is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Purchaser has 24 hours after order of a custom graphic or Logo to issue a cancellation order.
No cancellation refund (in cases where one applies) will be done after the 24 hour period.
Given the visually explicit nature of our products, there will be NO returns or exchanges processed.
