Refund Policy

Event/Workshop Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel your event registration by calling one of our Event Advisors at 246-231-2341 or via email at support@gvminc.net. Your registration is not considered canceled until you receive an email confirmation that you are no longer registered to attend the event.

A $25 cancellation fee applies if you cancel within 30 calendar days from the start day or do not show up for the event.

For example, if an event/workshop begins on May 14th, you must cancel on or before April 13th to avoid the cancellation fee.

Full refunds are available up to 30 days prior to the first day of an event/workshop. Refund requests between 1-30 days of an event are subject to the $25 cancellation fee.
