Refund Policy

If the wrong product(s) were delivered, damaged or defective please notify the store and return within seven (7) days of receiving the item.  The item will then be examined and a decision will be made. If damaged, incorrect or defective there will be a full reimbursement of store credit.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted with the return of store credit, ONLY if the store is notified within seven (7) days from the day you received the product(s). This is only valid if:

•the product(s) have not be used, washed or worn. 

• the product(s) are in the original packaging.      

• the identification tags and seals are attached.

• the item is not damaged.
